Beginners no gi course

A six week beginners no gi course. Taught by Brazilian Jiu-jitsu black belts.

As an introduction to no gi grappling. Perfect chance to start a new hobby, or a great gift for a loved one.

6 x1 hr sessions including rash guard and shorts for £100.

Covering. Hand fighting, take downs, pins, passing, leg locks, guards, sweeps and submissions.
